Shipping policy

Orders ship within 1 to 5 days from purchase. Products other than original Fine Art and Art Prints ship via UPS, with services ranging from Ground to 2nd Day Air available to Worldwide Expedited, depending on your location. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in locations worldwide. We will promptly notify you if a cancellation occurs. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses. Bond & Grace is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

Fine Art orders incur  handling and shipping charges due to the packaging and care required to protect the artwork. Our customer success team will contact you to quote and collect such additional charges, as applicable, and will ship within 7 days of receipt of their payment.

Art Print orders ship from the United Kingdom. By default, Art Print orders to the UK and EU/EEA are sent via postage, with the option to upgrade to DHL Express courier. Orders shipped outside the UK and EU/EEA, i.e USA, Canada, Australia are always shipped via International Express Courier. This shipping policy also applies to framed art prints.

Pre-order items are clearly marked as such in the product listing and shipping date will vary by product.
