Agony of Despair is evocative and visceral, capturing both the tragedy and cyclical nature of death. The green background is reminiscent of decaying leaves that in death bring new life to their ecosystem. A delicate silhouette of a hand marks the violent and personal nature through which we experience the agony of grief.
