Crossing Field After Field, 2026

Drawing on the traditions of English landscape painting, Tereza Horáček (London) reimagines the countryside as a place of movement, solitude, and possibility. Rolling hills and seemingly endless fields stretch across the panel, inviting us into the fresh air and silence Elizabeth seeks on her walks. Beneath the landscape’s timeless beauty, fluorescent edges glow around its painted surface, bringing a contemporary energy to the pastoral scene. As Tereza writes, “I can imagine Elizabeth quickly walking across these muddy fields and relishing the fresh air and silence.”
